Mini Labels is a manufacturer of custom self-adhesive pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging.

 

Our minimum order is 1,000 labels.

 

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. If the order is large enough we can ship by a Trucking company. Local delivery is available.

 

We accept checks and cash. If you are approved we can offer you NET 10 or NET 30 Terms.

 

The time required to complete your order will vary depending upon our work load and schedule. We typically complete an order in 7 to 10 business days. If you need something in a hurry, call us at 501-663-7302 and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

 

We do not offer major Commercial Artwork. We can design simple labels to your specifications. If your design concept is complex and you need help developing it, we can steer you toward an artist who can help you.

 

If you have existing artwork that is complete, or just parts of a label design, you can email it to us. You can also use regular mail to send it to us on a CD, DVD or USB Drive. We no longer accept art on SyQuest, Zip or Jaz discs. We can still read 3.5” diskettes in a pinch.

 

We are using the Adobe Suite of graphics programs. We can directly open files created in Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and Freehand. The Adobe Suite also opens most PDF and EPS files as well as most raster art formats like TIFF, JPEG, BMP, and GIF. We are willing to try to open other file formats, and often we succeed. When providing raster art, make sure black and white files are at least 600 dots per inch (dpi) and color art files are at least 300 dpi. When providing vector art (Illustrator, Freehand or sometimes PDF files), please convert the type to paths (outlines). We try to avoid using our customer’s fonts for a number of reasons.

 

Our Flexographic presses can print up to 13 inches wide and up to seven colors on a wide variety of stocks, including Pressure-sensitive Gloss, Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal stocks as well as card and cup stocks.

 

We operate a 30,000 square foot facility and have in-house art and plate departments.
